Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an electrical connection device that increases the contact surface area between an electrode area of a circuit board and a connector compared to the prior art, suppresses contact resistance, and achieves stable electrical connectivity. [Solution] This electrical connection device is characterized by comprising: a first electrode area where a first recessed part electrically connected to a substrate electrode of a first circuit board is filled with liquid metal; a second electrode area where a second recessed part electrically connected to a substrate electrode of a second circuit board opposing the first circuit board is filled with liquid metal; and a connector that has one end in contact with the liquid metal of the first electrode area and the other end in contact with the liquid metal of the second electrode area and conducts electricity between the first electrode area and second electrode area.
