Disclosed are an electrical connection structure and a wearable apparatus. The structure comprises: a body end connecting device (2) and a watch strap end connecting device (3). A first metal connection terminal (2a) comprised by the body end connecting device (2) is arranged on a first frame body (2b) and is used for electrically connecting to a mainboard of a wearable apparatus. A first sealing device (6) is used for sealing between the first frame body (2b) and the wearable apparatus. A second frame body (3b) comprised by the watch strap end connecting device (3) is used for connecting to a watch strap (4) of the wearable apparatus. A second metal connection terminal (3a) is arranged on the second frame body (3b) and is electrically connected to the watch strap (4) of the wearable apparatus. When the watch strap (4) of the wearable apparatus is connected to a body (1), the first metal connection terminal (2a) is electrically connected to the second metal connection terminal (3a), the first frame body (2b) and the second frame body (3b) are clamped, and a second sealing device (3c) is used for sealing between the first frame body (2b) and the second frame body (3b), thereby effectively preventing the watch strap (4) of the wearable apparatus and electronic components inside the body (1) from being immersed in a liquid and thus having becoming faulty.
