Abstract:
A hydraulic pump (17), an electric motor (18), an inverter (19), an oil tank (20), a heat exchanger (21), and a battery (31) are mounted on a swing frame (5), and these devices are covered with an exterior cover (34). Meanwhile, a partition plate (7) is provided on the swing frame (5). By means of this partition plate (7), the inside of the exterior cover (34) is divided into a machine chamber (10) and a battery chamber (11), said machine chamber (10) holding the hydraulic pump (17) and the electric motor (18), and said battery chamber (11) holding the battery (31). A cooling fan (30) is disposed in the machine chamber (10). By driving this cooling fan (30), outside air is introduced into the machine chamber (10) via an oil tank cooling air intake (35) and an inverter cooling air intake (36) which are provided in the exterior cover (34). This outside air cools the hydraulic pump (17), the electric motor (18), and the oil tank (20), which are located in the machine chamber (10), and is discharged outside the machine chamber (10) through an air inlet (38).
