Abstract:
Disclosed is a herbal medicine liquid extraction method using an electrical decoction apparatus. The disclosed herbal medicine liquid extraction method using an electrical decoction apparatus comprises the steps of: (a) preparing the electrical decoction apparatus, the electrical decoction apparatus comprising a wicker tray for containing medicinal herbs including ginseng, a decoction vessel which supports the wicker tray and accommodates water so as to steam or decoct ginseng, and a collection part for collecting vapor including medicinal liquid while steaming or decocting the ginseng; (b) having the ginseng become red ginseng or black ginseng by multiple repetitions of the process of putting ginseng on the wicker tray, putting water in the decoction vessel, steaming the ginseng with the vapor generated at a temperature of 96-100 ℃ for 1-5 hours, and aging and drying the ginseng put on the wicker tray by means of a space part of the decoction vessel and the latent heat of the wicker tray and the decoction vessel; (c) after step (b), supplementing water so as to soak the red ginseng or black ginseng and decocting the red ginseng or black ginseng so as to heat and age the red ginseng or black ginseng at a temperature of 70-83 ℃ for 30-50 hours; and (d) collecting, by the collection part, the vapor containing herbal medicinal liquid generated in steps (b) and (c) to thereby have the vapor return to the decoction vessel.
