Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method that makes it possible to efficiently detect a ground connection and an electrical device using the method. This electrical device comprises: a first detection unit for detecting whether there is power between a power supply line L and a ground line G and outputting a first detection signal, a second detection unit for detecting whether there is power between a neutral line N and the ground line G and outputting a second detection signal, and a grounding state determination unit for using the first detection signal and second detection signal to determine the grounding state and whether a power supply connection is a normal phase connection or reverse phase connection.
