The present invention relates to an electrical drive assembly for a two-wheeled vehicle. The electrical drive assembly for a two-wheeled vehicle, which is adapted to be attached to an engine-driven two-wheeled vehicle, includes: a motor battery; a controller for receiving electric power from the motor battery, and controlling and outputting the received electric power; a hub-type electric motor connected to the controller for receiving the electric power from the motor battery, the hub-type electric motor having a shape corresponding to a hub of a front wheel of the engine-driven two-wheeled vehicle; a motor throttle unit connected to the controller for allowing a driver to control the electric power supplied to the hub-type electric motor from the motor battery through the controller with his or her hands; and a smart key for switching a drive mode of the engine-driven two-wheeled vehicle to either an engine drive mode or an electric motor drive mode.
