Abstract:
This electrical field sensor apparatus comprises: an antenna device that has a dipole structure for receiving an electrical field and that has a first antenna element connected to or in contact with the ground and a conductor body present while having a fixed resistance value and a second antenna element earthed or unearthed to the ground and; a rectification circuit that rectifies a signal induced in the antenna device; and a detection unit that detects the level of an output voltage of the rectification circuit. The detection unit detects a change in the level of the output voltage resulting from spatial coupling or contact of the first antenna element or the unearthed second antenna element with another conductor body different from said conductor body, and detects the state or the condition of said another conductor body.
