DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the subject matter is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.

The present invention relates to a heating apparatus for heating tobacco in a tobacco chamber (201) of a hookah (10). With reference to Figure 1 , the hookah (10) essentially comprises a tobacco chamber (201), a heating apparatus which heats the tobacco chamber (201) and which provides outputting of fume from tobacco, a water chamber (202), a fume transfer pipe (203) which connects the tobacco chamber (201) and the water chamber (202) to each other such that one end thereof stays under water, an air opening (204) provided in the water chamber (202) and placed in a manner permitting output of air only which exists above the water, and an output pipe (205) placed in a manner permitting output of air which exists above the water and which provides passage of the fume, which exists in the tobacco chamber (201), through water when vacuum is applied and which provides outputting of the fume through said output pipe (205). By means of a hookah tube (not shown in the figures) connected to the output pipe (205), the users can inhale the tobacco fume filtered by water.

Flere, the mentioned tobacco has been given as example. Instead of tobacco, any igniting substance can be used which is easily ignited when heated and which outputs fume (aerosol). Here, the mentioned fume is the igniting substance fume which is output by the igniting substance.

The present invention gives heat like hookah (10) coal in addition to the fume which is output by igniting substances like tobacco and provides heating by means of electricity instead of heat sources which output harmful fumes and harmful gases.

In more details, the tobacco chamber (201) is a casing having a volume for placement of the tobacco and preferably having an open top part.

The heating apparatus (100) comprises a body (110). The body (110) comprises a heat transfer base for providing heat transfer to the tobacco chamber (201). The heat transfer base (111) can be preferably placed in a manner corresponding to the opening provided at the upper part of the tobacco chamber (201).

The body comprises lateral walls (112) which extend in a manner encircling a heating volume from the heat transfer base. The ceiling part of the body (110) can be open or can be covered by means of a cover. The body (110) is preferably made of a heat-resistant material and the heat transfer base is made of material which transfers heat.

On the body, at least one front opening (114) and at least one rear opening (115) are provided. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, two front openings (114) and two rear openings (115) are provided. The heating apparatus (100) comprises at least one electrical heater (120). In the preferred embodiment, the heating apparatus (100) comprises two electrical heaters (120).

With reference to Figure 2, the electrical heater (120) comprises a first end (1211) and a second end (1212). The electrical heater (120) is preferably in cylindrical form. The electrical heater (120) has a resistive structure and has been arranged to emit heat when current passes through it. The first end of the resistive heater passes through the front opening (114) and is entered to the heating volume and the second end thereof at least partially protrudes from the heating volume. A first support wall (116) is provided between the first opening and the heat transfer base and a second support wall (117) is provided between the rear opening (115) and the heat transfer base. The first support wall (116) and the second support wall (117) provide the electrical heater (120) to be hung without contacting the heating base and thus, the heating base is prevented from overheating and burning the tobacco in an excessively early manner. In a possible embodiment of the present invention as in Figure 4, instead of the rear opening (115), only a second support wall (117) is provided. The second support wall (117) prevents the electrical heaters (120) from contacting to the base. In this possible embodiment, the electrical heaters (120) comprise ferromagnetic material and the second support wall (117) also comprises a magnet. Thus, movement of the electrical heater (120) is prevented and damaging of the user can be prevented.

With reference to Figure 3, in more details, the electrical heater (120) comprises the holding body (122) at a first end thereof. The holding body (122) is arranged to be outside of the first opening, in other words, the holding body (22) is arranged to be outside of the heating volume. The holding body (122) provides the electrical heater (120) to be carried without damaging hands of the user. A power transfer cable (123) is provided which is associated with the electrical heater (120). The power transfer cable (123) provides current to be transferred to the electrical heater (120). A power adjustment circuit (124) is associated with the power transfer cable (123). Said power adjustment circuit (124) provides adjustment of the amount of transfer of the current, coming from a power source (not illustrated in the figures) to the electrical heater (120). A power adjustment interface (125) provides determination of the amount of current, transferred by the power adjustment circuit (124) to the electrical heater (120), by the user. The power transfer interface can be a commutator, etc.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the body (110) has a grooved structure in order to be fixed to the tobacco chamber (201).

The heat transfer range (118) is between 1 .5 cm and 2.5 cm. In a possible embodiment, it is 2 cm.

The body has a compliant form to the tobacco chamber (201). In this possible embodiment, it has circular cross section and has an open top part. Thus, the position of the placed electrical heater (120) can also be seen. In a possible embodiment, the upper face of the body (110) can be closed by means of a fixable-removable cover (not illustrated in the figures).

The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
