Abstract:
Provided is an electrical junction box having a novel structure, capable of further improving waterproofing of a wire harness insertion hole. The electrical junction box (10) is provided with a case (14) storing an internal circuit, and a tubular wire harness insertion hole (72) formed through the case (14) and allowing a wire harness (76) comprising a wire bundle (88) connected to the internal circuit to pass therethrough. An elastic waterproof sheet (82) is wound around the periphery of a portion of the wire harness (76) inserted through the wire harness insertion hole (72) and is pressed against an inner surface (74) of the wire harness insertion hole (72). The electrical junction box is characterized by being constituted by a closed cell foam or a semi-closed cell foam.
