Abstract:
The ability to reduce the size of an electrical leakage detection device that uses a ring-shaped magnetic body is limited, and the size of the ring-shaped magnetic body is increased when electric wires are thick. It is also not easy to arrange a ring-shaped magnetic body with respect to electric wires that are already arranged. The present invention provides an electrical leakage detection device installed on a pair of power source lines for connecting a power source and a load, and is characterized by having a pair of retention means for retaining each of the pair of power source lines, a fixing means for fixing the pair of retention means at a predetermined interval from each other, a pair of magnetic elements disposed parallel to the power source lines in the retention means, a detecting means for detecting a difference in magneto-resistance effect between the pair of magnetic elements, and a driving means for channeling a drive current to the magnetic elements.
