Abstract:
An electrical leakage detection device (20) comprises a first voltage divider circuit (30), a resistance circuit (40) that is connected in parallel with the first voltage divider circuit, a switch unit (S2) that is configured so as to be capable of switching between a conducting state and a conduction cutoff state of the resistance circuit, and a control unit (70) that controls switching of the switch unit to input a first divided voltage value (Vns1, Vns2) of the first voltage divider circuit and calculate an insulation resistance from the input first divided voltage value. The first voltage divider circuit has a range changing circuit (60) that changes the voltage division ratio of the first voltage divider circuit, and the control unit changes the voltage division ratio of the first voltage divider circuit, through use of the range changing circuit, so that the first divided voltage value increases when the input first divided voltage value (Vns01, Vns02) is smaller than a threshold value (Vth).
