Abstract:
A long-term prediction circuit (23) predicts, as long-term prediction electrical power, a temporal change in power consumption by a demander (1) by using a long-term prediction model representing a temporal change in power consumption by the demander (1) according to the time. A short-term prediction circuit (25) predicts, as short-term prediction electrical power, a temporal change in power consumption by the demander (1) over a time interval immediately after the current time on the basis of a temporal change in power consumption by the demander (1) over a time interval just before the current time by using a short-term prediction model representing a temporal change in power consumption by the demander (1) over time intervals before and after the power consumption of each load device (15) changes. A control circuit (21) controls charging and discharging of a power storage device (13) so as to set prescribed charge power or prescribed discharge power on the basis of the long-term prediction electrical power and controls discharging of the power storage device (13) so as to set prescribed discharge power on the basis of the short-term prediction electrical power.
