Abstract:
In the disclosed electrical power tool, a rotating trigger (44) is provided with a control part (47) that is exposed to the outside at a left opening and a right opening. The control part (47) is formed so as to have an externally-exposed area that an operator can operate with a finger in surface contact therewith. The control part (47) is formed so as to extend over the entire circumference of the outer surface of a housing (21) even if a connection post (45a) on the rotating trigger (44) is positioned so as to abut against a rotational-direction inner end (42a) of a rotation hole (42). In this way, the operator can place a finger in surface contact with the control part (47) and operate the rotating trigger (44) from any direction around the circumference of the housing (21). Consequently, a drive switch (40) can be easily operated even if a grip (50) is gripped in a variety of different ways, thereby making the electrical power tool more user-friendly.
