Abstract:
Disclosed is an electrical pulse blockage-removal and permeability increasing method for a coal bed methane well that is suitable for efficient exploitation of a coal bed methane well, the blockage-removal and permeability increasing method comprising: constructing a positive electrode coal bed methane wellbore (2) and a negative electrode coal bed methane wellbore (3) in a coal bed (1) from the ground, with the extraction of the coal bed methane after hydraulic fracturing, seams in the coal bed gradually closing or being blocked by particle impurities, causing the production of the coal bed methane to be reduced, at this point, pouring conductive ion solution into the positive electrode coal bed methane wellbore to fill the coal bed between the positive electrode coal bed methane wellbore and the negative electrode coal bed methane wellbore with the conductive ion solution, and then putting a positive electrode (6) and a negative electrode (7) down to a coal bed permeability pre-increase site in the positive electrode coal bed methane wellbore and the negative electrode coal bed methane wellbore respectively and using the discharging from high voltage electrical pulses to break down the coal bed filled with the conductive plasma solution between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, so that shock waves of enormous energy act on the coal bed to cause the closed seams in the coal bed to open again and expand and the particles blocking the seams to be removed as well, thus effectively increasing the number of seams in the coal bed and improving the connectivity of the seams.
