Abstract:
An electrical stimulation device is provided with first to fourth electrodes, and an electrical stimulation generation unit which supplies electrical stimulation signals to the first to fourth electrodes, respectively. The electrical stimulation generation unit supplies the electrical stimulation signals to the first and second electrodes according to a first stimulation pattern, and supplies the electrical stimulation signals to the third and fourth electrodes according to a second stimulation pattern. The first stimulation pattern is determined such that the electrical stimulation signal having stimulation intensity that changes according to a first waveform is supplied to the first electrode, and the electrical stimulation signal having stimulation intensity that changes according to a second waveform is supplied to the second electrode, and the second waveform increases and decreases along with the first waveform. The second stimulation pattern is determined such that the electrical stimulation signal having stimulation intensity that changes according to a third waveform is supplied to the third electrode, and the electrical stimulation signal having stimulation intensity that changes according to a fourth waveform is supplied to the fourth electrode, and the fourth waveform increases and decreases along with the third waveform. The electrical stimulation generation unit alternately performs the electrical stimulations in the first and second stimulation patterns.
