Abstract:
This electrical-wire connection structure comprises the following: a flat cable (11) comprising a plurality of linear conductors (111) and an insulator (112) covering said linear conductors (111); a plurality of busbars (12) for electrically connecting electrode terminals (22a, etc.) provided on two or more of a plurality of battery cells (21a, etc.) that are part of a battery module (20) and are stacked in a given direction, said two or more battery cells being next to each other in said direction and said electrode terminals being lined up in said direction; and connecting members (13) provided per combination of linear conductor (111) and busbar (12), each of said connecting members (13) comprising a main connecting-member body (131) and an IDC blade section (132) that is attached to said main connecting-member body (131) and has an IDC groove (132b) formed therein. As each linear conductor (111) is press-fitted into the IDC groove (132b) in the corresponding connecting member (13), said linear conductor (111) is exposed out from under the insulator (112) and made to contact the inside edges of said IDC groove (132b), and the main connecting-member body (131) of that connecting member (13) is electrically connected to the corresponding busbar (12).
