Abstract:
Provided is electrically conductive floc which makes it possible to obtain a brush surface with little unevenness, without shearing. Electrically conductive floc made of chemical fibre having electrical conductivity, in which the fibre diameter is 10 to 100 µm, the fibre length is 0.1 to 5 mm, and the variability of the fibre length is no more than 5%.
