Abstract:
Provided are: an electrically conductive polymer material that contributes to an improvement in the electrical conductivity of electrically conductive polymer materials, and a method for producing same; a polymer film and a method for producing same; an electrically conductive polymer film; a photoelectric conversion element; and a field effect transistor. When carrying out doping, a polymer film 27 is immersed in a treatment liquid 40 obtained by dissolving, in an ionic liquid of a salt constituted from a spectator ion and an alternative ion, an initiator dopant having the same polarity as the alternative ion. As a result of a redox reaction, a polymer semiconductor and the initiator dopant in the polymer film 27 form an ion pair that is an intermediate. Because the alternative ion, which has a high concentration and which readily forms a pair chemically with the polymer semiconductor, is present in the treatment liquid 40, exchange occurs between the ionized initiator dopant and the alternative ion, and energy gain derived from this ion exchange contributes to acceleration of doping.
