Abstract:
Disclosed is an electrically driven closed-type vacuum squeezer, comprising a squeezing part (9), a juice receiving part (22), a piston (10), an electrically-driven telescopic mechanism, an electric vacuum pump (17), and a body (7). The piston (10) is mounted in the squeezing part (9), and the squeezing part (9) is divided into an operation chamber (2) and a squeezing chamber (13) by the piston (10). The top surface of the piston (10) is located within the operation chamber (2), and the bottom surface of the piston (10) is located within the squeezing chamber (13). The piston (10) has a structure that communicates the operation chamber (2) with the squeezing chamber (13). The squeezing part (9) and the juice receiving part (22) can be arranged in a vertically disposed structure, or in a transversely disposed structure, or in an obliquely disposed structure. Meanwhile, the squeezing part (9) can also be located entirely outside the juice receiving part (22), partially within the juice receiving part (22) or entirely within the juice receiving part (22). The squeezing part (9) and the juice receiving part (22) integrally form a closed cavity, or the juice receiving part (22) forms a closed cavity. Vacuum pumping and squeezing are automatically controlled. Fruits, vegetables and other foods, during squeezing, as well as juice, can be held in a vacuum environment, thus avoiding colour changes or spoilage of juice due to oxidation in the existing technology of squeezing in the air.
