Abstract:
[Problem] To improve reliability using a highly durable bearing. [Solution] A cylindrical roller bearing 24 is provided inside a back-pressure chamber 37, rotatably supports a rotating shaft 23, and permits the rotating shaft 23 to be displaced in an axial direction. A rotor 26 comes into contact with a center housing 16 when the rotating shaft 23 is displaced rearward in the axial direction, and as a result, the displacement of the rotating shaft 23 in the axial direction is restricted.
