Abstract:
An electrically-heated smokeless barbecue oven comprises an oven body housing (1) and a heating unit (2) fixed on the lower part of the housing (1), a barbecue wire mesh (4) is set up on the oven body, a liner (3) with high reflectivity to thermal radiation is arranged within the housing (1), a through hole (31) is arranged at the bottom of the liner (3), heating tubes (21) of the heating unit (2) penetrate out of the through hole (31) and are surrounded by the cavity of the liner (3), the liner (3) is detachably placed in the housing (1), and a baffle (41) is correspondingly arranged right above the heating tubes (21); most of the infrared radiation generated by the heating tubes (21) of the barbecue oven in the present application is reflected when reaching the liner (3) and finally is absorbed by food, which not only reduces energy loss, but also improves heating efficiency; furthermore, the surface of the liner (3) can remain at a relatively low temperature so that drippy oil will not decompose to produce oil fume, and therefore it is healthy and safe to use the electrically-heated smokeless barbecue oven; and also, the liner (3) can be taken out alone for easy cleaning, so both safety and convenience are ensured, the situation where the liner is covered by oil is avoided and the barbecue oven can remain in a good working state all the time.
