Abstract:
Provided is a release-sheet-equipped electrically-insulative heat-dissipating sheet that is provided with an electrically-insulative heat-dissipating sheet and a release sheet, wherein the release sheet includes a transfer sheet, a positioning sheet, and an adhesive. The electrically-insulative heat-dissipating sheet has transferred thereon surface roughness of the transfer sheet. The positioning sheet is used for positioning the electrically-insulative heat-dissipating sheet.
