The present invention comprises: an electronic control unit provided to an end surface 15 of a motor housing 11; a connector assembly 13 provided to the reverse side of the end surface 15; an annular seal accommodating portion 45 which is formed on the area of the connector assembly 13 surrounding the portion for forming external terminals, the annular seal accommodating portion 45 being filled with a liquid sealant 48; a fixing bolt 36 that fixes the connector assembly 13 to the fixing portion of the end surface 15; and a liquid sealant introduction passage 49 formed in the annular seal accommodating portion 45, the purpose of which is to have the liquid sealant 48 flow to the fixing member 36. The introduction passage 49 for having liquid sealant 48 flow to the fixing bolt 36 is formed in the annular seal accommodating portion 45; therefore, the fixing bolt and the connector assembly are anchored to one another by means of the liquid sealant. As a result of this configuration, it is possible to curb loosening of fixing members without using fixing bolts and the like that have a locking function, which have a high unit cost, and thereby reduce the product unit cost.
