Abstract:
This electrically powered tool (1)comprises: a drive shaft (4) rotationally driven by a motor (2); an output shaft (6) to which a front end tool is mountable; and a torque transmission mechanism (5) for transmitting to the output shaft (6), torque generated by the rotation of the drive shaft (4). The torque transmission mechanism (5) comprises a magnet coupling (20) having a drive magnet member which is connected to the drive shaft (4) side, and also having a driven magnet member (22) connected to the output shaft (6) side. The drive magnet member and the driven magnet member are arranged such that the magnet surfaces thereof face each other, the magnet surfaces each having alternately arranged S-poles and N-poles. The magnet coupling (20) has a function of applying an intermittent rotational impact force to the output shaft 6 and applies the intermittent rotational impact force to the output shaft (6) by changing a magnetic force acting between the magnet surface of the drive magnet member and the magnet surface of the driven magnet member.
