Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an electricity carbon footprint accounting method for a twisting and weaving stage of a silk fabric. An algorithm for the distribution of the annual total electricity quantity of a factory among various varieties of fabrics and among all procedures of each variety of fabric is established, thereby constructing an electricity quantity distribution and electricity carbon footprint accounting system and method for a twisting and weaving stage of a silk fabric. The method comprises: first, calculating the actual processing duration for each variety of fabric in each procedure, and then combining same with the rated power of a device for each procedure to list an annual total electricity consumption equation containing a single variable, i.e. "operation efficiency", so as to calculate the operation efficiency of an industrial device; then, substituting the operation efficiency of the industrial device back into a duration calculation formula for each procedure of each variety of fabric so as to complete the distribution of electricity co-generation and sharing data among the procedures of each variety; and finally, calculating the electricity carbon footprint distribution of each production procedure of any variety of fabric. The present invention has high calculation accuracy, and facilitates the determination of the carbon footprint condition of each variety of fabric in each procedure.
