Abstract:
When the operation of an oscillator circuit 2 is being controlled in such a way that the frequency of an oscillating signal S becomes a second frequency f2 within an attenuation band of a low pass filter LPF comprising an insulation resistance Cf, a stray capacitance, a coupling capacitor Cc, and a detecting resistor Rd, a threshold Vth is corrected by means of a peak value of a voltage Vd applied to the detecting resistor Rd, and when the operation of the oscillator circuit 2 is being controlled in such a way that the frequency of the oscillating signal S becomes a first frequency f1 in a passband of the low pass filter LPF, a decrease in the resistance value of an insulation resistance Ri is detected when the peak value of the voltage Vd applied to the detecting resistor Rd drops to or below the threshold Vth.
