Abstract:
Provided is an electricity storage device cladding that comprises, in order, at least a base layer, a metal foil layer which has a corrosion inhibition treatment layer on one or both sides, and a sealant layer, wherein the sealant layer includes a resin layer that contains a polypropylene resin (A) and an immiscible component (B) that is immiscible with the polypropylene resin (A), and for the sealant layer, the maximum value of a loss tangent tanδ obtained through dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at a frequency of 1.0 Hz falls within the range of -30°C to 30°C, and the ratio (II/I) of the maximum value (II) of tanδ in the range of -30°C to 30°C to the value (I) of tanδ at -50°C is 2.50 or more.
