Abstract:
The disclosed electricity storage device electrode (10) is equipped with a porous layer (1) that has at least fibers or whiskers (1a) that contain tungsten oxide. Additionally, the valence band photoelectric spectrum of the aforementioned fibers or whiskers (1a), obtained with X-ray photoelectric spectroscopic analysis, has a peak within 1 eV of the Fermi level of the aforementioned tungsten oxide.
