Abstract:
An electricity storage device (30) is provided with: a first oxide semiconductor layer (14) of first conductivity type; a solid electrolyte layer (18K) which is disposed on the first oxide semiconductor layer (14) and which includes a solid electrolyte enabling proton movement; an insulator layer (18N) which is disposed between the solid electrolyte layer (18K) and the first oxide semiconductor layer (14), and which is provided with an insulator; and a second oxide semiconductor layer (24) of second conductivity type which is disposed on the solid electrolyte layer (18K). Provided is an electricity storage device having an increased electricity storage capacity and improved reliability that can be charged without degradation even when charge voltage is increased.
