Abstract:

The inspection device (20) for inspecting a structure body (10) containing a pair of electrodes and a separator disposed between the pair of electrodes is characterized by comprising: a measurement unit (30) comprising a direct current constant voltage generator (32) for generating a constant inspection voltage applied between the pair of electrodes and a detection circuit (34) for detecting a value for the current between the pair of electrode accompanying the application of the inspection voltage; and a processing unit (50) for determining, on the basis of the detected value of the current, whether or not the structure body (10) is adequate. The processing unit (50) has: a function for determining that the structure body (10) is a defective product if, from immediately after the inspection voltage is applied to when the current value becomes constant, two or more points are observed, at which the ratio (ΔI/Δt) of the current value variation amount (ΔI) over the time variation amount (Δt) changes from a value of 0 or greater to a negative value, or if no point at which the ratio (ΔI/Δt) changes from a value of 0 or greater to a negative value is observed; and an associated function for determining that the structure body is a defective product if, in a current waveform representing the variation of the current value I over time t, a peak current value Ipeak, a peak current occurrence time tpeak, and a current surface area SI are determined, and any one among the peak current value Ipeak, the peak current occurrence time tpeak, and the current surface area SI, falls outside of respective pre-set threshold values, each having an upper limit value and a lower limit value.
