Abstract:
This electricity storage device comprises: a cuboid-like electrode assembly which comprises a plurality of rectangular sheet-like positive electrodes, a plurality of rectangular sheet-like negative electrodes and a plurality of separators, and wherein the positive electrodes and the negative electrodes are alternately laminated, while being insulated from each other by means of the separators; a cuboid-like case which contains the electrode assembly; and a bag-like insulating sheet which is arranged between the electrode assembly and the case, and which contains the electrode assembly so as to insulate the electrode assembly from the case. The insulating sheet has a puncture strength of from 30 N to 70 N (inclusive).
