Abstract:
An electricity storage element of one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a negative electrode having a negative-electrode substrate and a negative-electrode active material layer that is layered onto the negative-electrode substrate directly or via another layer; and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The electricity storage element is configured so that: the negative-electrode active material layer contains graphite and a solvent-based binder; and the negative-electrode active material layer is not subjected to pressing.
