The electricity storage element (10) comprises: a container (100) having a plate-shaped portion; a positive terminal (200) having a terminal main body portion (201); a positive electrode collector (120); a first gasket (220) whereof at least a portion is disposed between the terminal main body portion (201) and the plate-shaped portion outer surface, having a cylindrical portion (223) inserted into a hole portion of the plate-shaped portion; a second gasket (230) whereof at least a portion is disposed between the plate-shaped portion inner surface and the positive electrode collector (120); and a fastening part (210) having a column portion (212) and a crimped portion (214) in contact with the positive electrode collector (120). The cylindrical portion (223) has an extending portion that extends from the contact surface between the plate-shaped portion inner surface and the second gasket (230), toward the crimped portion (214). The extending portion is adjacent to a space formed with the second gasket (230), or, is configured so that the external diameter of the leading end, which is closest to the crimped portion (214), is different from the external diameter of the root portion, which is on the opposite side from the leading end.
