An electricity transfer carrier and processing technology therefor, and an enclosure structure. The electricity transfer carrier comprises an enclosure structure and electricity transmission cables carried on the enclosure structure; the electricity transmission cables are in direct or indirect superficial contact with the inner wall of the enclosure structure; the enclosure structure is used as a heat sink of the electricity transmission cables. In the present invention, electricity transmission cables or conductors are carried on an enclosure structure, such as a cylindrical tower or a high tower to bear electricity transferring, and the enclosure structure is used as a heat sink. By using an enclosure structure which is a "heat sink" having large thermal capacity as a "cold source", an electricity transmission part can effectively improve the electricity transfer or transmission power of cables or conductors having an equivalent cross-section area, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect, increasing the flexibility of the enclosure structure in cold regions in winter, reducing the fragility, and improving the stability and the security. The electricity transmission conductors do not cause imbalance of a thermal environment in the enclosure structure, thereby improving the thermal balance capability.
