Disclosed in the present invention is an electroacoustic assembly, comprising a loudspeaker monomer and a box body. The loudspeaker monomer is accommodated in the box body and comprises a frame and a first actuator, and a back sound cavity is formed between the frame and the box body and is located at a circumferential side of the loudspeaker monomer. A first leakage hole is arranged on the frame and enables the back sound cavity to be communicated with a sounding cavity in the loudspeaker monomer. The first actuator is located in the sounding cavity and is fixedly connected with the frame, and the vertical projection of the first actuator on the frame is staggered with the first leakage hole. Also disclosed in the present invention are an electroacoustic device and a mobile terminal. According to the present invention, the thickness dimension of the electroacoustic assembly is reduced, the first actuator is fixed on the frame and is staggered with the first leakage hole, thereby not shielding a flow path of a gas, facilitating the light and thin design of a product, and improving the user experiences.
