Abstract:

An electroacoustic transducer includes a case (1) integrated with a frame (2) on its bottom, and a thermal/ultraviolet-curing adhesive layer (6a) is formed on the frame (2). A magnet (5) is attached to the frame (2) with the adhesive. The surface of the adhesive is cured by ultraviolet irradiation before heating the adhesive. This prevents the adhesive (6a) heated at high temperature from evaporating and scattering to deposit on a vibrator (7). Higher temperature heating reduces the heating time for the adhesive. The reduction in the heating time improves productivity and allows automated assembling.
