Provided is an electroacoustic transducer that enables reduction in thickness and weight of an entire pillow when a speaker is built in the pillow or a headrest, that can be downsized by setting the position of the speaker near a position on which a head is placed, and that reduces the load in signal processing and improves accuracy in signal processing, when performing active noise control, to enable improvement of a noise reduction effect. The present invention comprises an electroacoustic transducer unit including: an electroacoustic transducer film that has a polymer composite piezoelectric body obtained by dispersing piezoelectric particles in a viscoelastic matrix formed of a polymer material which has viscoelasticity at room temperature, and thin film electrodes respectively layered on both surfaces of the polymer composite piezoelectric body; and an elastic support member that is arranged in close contact with one primary surface of the electroacoustic transducer film so as to make the shape of electroacoustic transducer film curved, and further comprises a first cushion layer that is disposed on a side of the electroacoustic transducer film of the electroacoustic transducer unit and that is formed of a three-dimensional stereoscopic knitting covering one or more of the electroacoustic transducer units.
