Abstract:
An electroacoustic transducer (1A) includes: an ultrasonic element (20) including a diaphragm portion (21) and a support frame portion (22); a case body (10) for accommodating the ultrasonic element (20); and a fixation portion (40) for bonding the support frame portion (22) to a base plate portion of the case body (10). A first principal surface (21a1) and a second principal surface (21a2) of the diaphragm portion (21) face a top plate portion and the base plate portion of the case body (10), respectively. A sound hole (12a) is provided in the case body (10). The fixation portion (40) is provided partially along a circumferential direction of the support frame portion (22a) so that a space (S2) between the second principal surface (21a2) and the base plate portion and a space (S1) around the ultrasonic element (20) communicate with each other. Inside the case body (10), an acoustic path connecting the first principal surface (21a1) and the second principal surface (21a2) to the sound hole (12a) is provided. The fixation portion (40) is formed of a die bonding material containing spherical spacers (41).
