Abstract:
An electrochemical cell according to the present invention comprises: a case having a space formed therein; a terminal plate coupled to the case so as to cover the space; a wound element positioned in the space, having an anode electrode and a cathode electrode wound therearound, and having a lead connected thereto; and a wound element holder arranged between an inner circumferential surface of the case and the wound element, wherein the wound element holder includes a fixing body formed to space one end and another end from each other, and a plurality of elastic pieces slopingly bent from the fixing body. According to the present invention, the wound element holder can minimize shock of the wound element by minimizing the shaking of the wound element, can prevent the lowering of electric efficiency by restraining an increase in the inner equivalent resistance of a cell, and facilitates assembly work for the electrochemical cell.
