Abstract:
The present application relates to an electrochemical device and an electronic device containing same. The electrochemical device of the present application comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and an electrolyte solution. The positive electrode therein contains a first positive electrode material and a second positive electrode material, wherein the first positive electrode material has a relatively good cycling stability and a relatively high initial coulombic efficiency, and the second positive electrode material has a relatively high initial charging specific capacity and a relatively low initial coulombic efficiency, and can supplement the active lithium loss caused by the generation of SEI. The electrochemical device provided in the present application has the advantages of a high energy density, a good rate capability, and a long cycle life.
