The present application provides an electrochemical device and an electronic device. The electrochemical device comprises: a first electrochemical unit that comprises a first encapsulation housing, a first electrode assembly located in the first encapsulation housing, and a first electrolyte filled in the first encapsulation housing, the first electrode assembly comprising a first positive electrode tab and a first negative electrode tab extending out of the first encapsulation housing; a second electrochemical unit that comprises a second encapsulation housing, a second electrode assembly located in the second encapsulation housing, and a second electrolyte filled in the second encapsulation housing, the second electrode assembly comprising a second positive electrode tab and a second negative electrode tab extending out of the second encapsulation housing, the second negative electrode tab and the first positive electrode tab being arranged opposite to each other; and a separator that is provided between the first electrochemical unit and the second electrochemical unit, the separator comprising a separator pad, and the first encapsulation housing and the second encapsulation housing being fixedly connected to the separator pad respectively. Moreover, the first positive electrode tab is electrically connected to the second negative electrode tab.
