Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an electrochemical device and an electronic device. The electrochemical device comprises a first electrode assembly, a second electrode assembly, a housing, and a separator; the first electrode assembly comprises a first tab; the second electrode assembly comprises a second tab; the housing is provided with a first cavity and a second cavity; the first electrode assembly is arranged in the first cavity, and the second electrode assembly is arranged in the second cavity; the separator is arranged between the first electrode assembly and the second electrode assembly; the separator comprises a first sealing region; the first sealing region comprises a first side edge; the thickness of the separator is D; the first tab and the second tab both extend out of the housing at the first side edge; and in the length direction of the first side edge, a minimum distance between the first tab and the second tab at the first side edge is L, and L/D≥15. Compared with the prior art, the present invention can improve the sealing reliability of the electrochemical device.
