Abstract:
According to the present invention, a fuel cell device (1) is provided with a fuel cell (10), an oxidant gas supply unit (40) and a contaminant trapping unit (60). The fuel cell (10) comprises a fuel electrode (12), an air electrode (13) and a solid electrolyte layer (11). The oxidant gas supply unit (40) has an oxidant gas supply port (42) for supplying an oxidant gas to the air electrode (13). The contaminant trapping unit (60) is arranged between the air electrode (13) and the oxidant gas supply port (42). At least a part of the contaminant trapping unit (60) is arranged within 20 mm from the oxidant gas supply port (42) in the gas supply direction (D1) of the oxidant gas that is supplied through the oxidant gas supply port (42).
