Abstract:
In an electrochemical gas sensor (10), a first sensing element (21) is housed in a first housing part (31). A moisture-permeable membrane (24) is provided in a first introduction port (31A) of the first housing part (31). The moisture-permeable membrane (24) essentially blocks transmission of a gas to be sensed. A second sensing element (22) is disposed in a space into which enter water vapor and the gas to be sensed that are included in an object gas. Through this configuration, the electrochemical gas sensor (10) is made capable of sensing the gas to be sensed at a concentration of 0-1 ppm.
