Title:
ELECTROCHEMICAL MACHINING TOOL, ELECTROCHEMICAL MACHINING SYSTEM, AND PERFORATED MEMBER MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/091981
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrochemical machining tool, an electrochemical machining system, and a perforated member manufacturing method capable of easily forming straight holes and curved holes of a desired shape. The present invention is an electrochemical machining tool (3) equipped with a tool body (10) that comprises: an electrode (11) obtained from a flexible electroconductive material forming a tube that extends along an axial line (O) and inside which a flow channel (FC) through which an electrolytic solution (W) flows towards the tip (10a) end is formed; an insulating layer (12) covering the outer circumferential surface of the electrode (11) so as to expose the tip end face of the electrode (11); and a flow channel-partitioning part (17) for partitioning the flow channel (FC) into a first flow channel (FC1) containing the axial line (O) and a second flow channel (FC2) positioned on the outer circumferential side of the first flow channel (FC1). The electrochemical machining tool has a configuration in which a fluid outflow section (15) for directing electrolytic solution (W), which is flowing through the second flow channel (FC2), outward in the radial direction of the tool body (10) is formed on a portion of the circumference of the tool body (10).
