Abstract:
With the present invention, a decrease in performance of an electrochemical reaction single cell is suppressed. An electrochemical reaction single cell comprises: an electrolyte layer containing Zr and at least one of Y, Sc, or Ca; a fuel electrode disposed at one side of the electrolyte layer; an air electrode containing Sr and Co, the air electrode being disposed at the other side of the electrolyte layer; and an intermediate layer disposed between the electrolyte layer and the air electrode. An interface contact ratio, which is the ratio of the total of the lengths of portions excluding portions in which SrZrO3 or a void is present to the full length of the interface on the electrolyte-layer side in the intermediate layer, is 25.5-68.6%.
