Abstract:
This electroconductive heating device energizes and heats a metal pipe material, the electroconductive heating device being provided with: a first electrode that holds the metal pipe material; a second electrode that holds the metal pipe material; a power supply unit that provides an electric current between the first electrode and the second electrode while the metal pipe material is held by the first electrode and the second electrode; and a bypass unit that is connected to a first portion and a second portion of the metal pipe material at a position between the first electrode and the second electrode, and thus allows a portion of the electric current to bypass.
