Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an electrode assembly and a manufacturing method and system therefor, and a battery cell and a battery. The electrode assembly comprises a negative pole piece and a positive pole piece, wherein the negative pole piece and the positive pole piece are wound in a winding direction to form a winding structure, and the winding structure comprises a bendable area; and each of the negative pole piece and the positive pole piece comprises a plurality of bendable parts located in the bendable area. At least one bendable part at the innermost side of the negative pole piece is a first bendable part, and the capacity of active substance per unit area at an outer side of the first bendable part is greater than the capacity of active substance per unit area at an inner side of the first bendable part; and/or, at least one bendable part at the innermost side of the positive pole piece is a second bendable part, and the capacity of active substance per unit area at an outer side of the second bendable part is greater than the capacity of active substance per unit area at an inner side of the second bendable part. In the electrode assembly of this structure, active substances in at least a partial region of a pole piece are arranged more rationally, such that the electrode assembly has better economical efficiency.
