Abstract:
Provided is an electrode assembly manufacturing process comprising the steps of: introducing, to a structure on which cathodes (10), first separators (31), and anodes (20) are repeatedly stacked, second separators (32) extended in length in the left and right directions, and surrounding the structure; simultaneously pressuring the upper end and the lower end of the structure including the introduced second separators (32), so as to enhance adhesion between the separators and the electrodes; vertically bonding left and right spares of the second separators (32), which surround the structure, and adjusting same according to the standards of the structure; and bonding the bonded second separators (32) on the left and right and fixing same. The electrode assembly manufacturing process enables wrapping to match to the size of the structure while minimizing influence on a first structure in which cathodes, separators, and anodes are repeated stacked, and thus can increase the value of use of an electrode assembly.
