Abstract:
The present invention is an electrode having carbon fiber, wherein the carbon fiber has a first region that includes the surface of the carbon fiber, and when a cross section of the carbon fiber is analyzed using electron energy loss spectroscopy, the first region has peaks both near 285 eV and near 530 eV, and the first region is provided up to 10% of the diameter of the carbon fiber from the surface toward the center.
